Artemis was founded to provide girls and women’s lacrosse players with training designed for them.
Artemis Lacrosse was founded after 10+ years of coaching at the youth, high school and collegiate level, Lauren realized players kept asking the same questions. They needed basic information on recruiting, recommendations on gear, and training plans so they were prepared for summer and spring play. More specifically, they needed this information from resources they could trust. Lauren started Artemis as a way to disseminate the information she was providing to her local players to the greater Mountain West region, and ultimately across the country.
