The hard part of training should be the exercise, not figuring out a plan.
These training programs are designed by lacrosse coaches and players that have played and trained at the highest levels, with the goal of providing athletes with specific plans that will enable them to be prepared for whatever season they are entering. Our goal is to help athletes focus their training on specific skillwork, fitness, strength and stickwork that they should be doing to be prepared for every season. Clear and concise sessions are accompanied with video to provide a recommendation on what exactly an athlete needs to be doing that day, so no part of their training falls through the cracks. There is also a video library of searchable recommended lacrosse drills to complete, based on feedback that athletes are getting from their coaches.
DAILY SCHEDULE
The month is broken into recommended training for each day, that ensures no part of an athlete’s fitness, stickwork or skillwork training is overlooked.
